Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada je primjena Digitalnog Lean-a u uslužnim procesima sa stavljenim fokusom na zdravstvo kao uslužnu djelatnost tj. specifičnije, privatnu medicinsku polikliniku. U radu će se opisati metodologija Lean (vitkog) menadžmenta uz sistematizirane principe i pojedine alate ove metodologije. Nadalje, detaljno će se objasniti pojam Industrije 4.0 od općenitih karakteristika do brojnih digitalnih tehnologija koje čine temelj navedenog pojma. Uz pomoć opisane metodologije Lean (vitkog) menadžmenta i objašnjene Industrije 4.0 i digitalnih tehnologija koje iz nje proizlaze, predstavit će se novo područje ili koncept Digitalnog Lean-a koji donosi brojne prednosti i mogućnosti u poslovanju poduzeća u bilo kojem području djelatnosti. Na primjeru jednog poduzeća, konkretno jedne privatne medicinske poliklinike, prikazat će se primjena Digitalnog Lean-a u medicinskoj praksi te potencijal koji ovaj koncept sadrži. Također, postignuti rezultati bit će kvantificirani uz brojne prijedloge za buduće poboljšanje poslovanja poliklinike.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this paper is the application of Digital Lean in service processes with a focus on healthcare as a service activity, ie more specifically, a private medical clinic. The paper will describe the methodology of Lean management with systematized principles and individual tools of this methodology. Furthermore, the term Industry 4.0 will be explained in detail, from general characteristics to numerous digital technologies that form the basis of this term. With the help of the described Lean management methodology and explained Industry 4.0 and digital technologies that arise from it, a new area or concept of Digital Lean will be presented, which brings numerous advantages and opportunities in business operations in any field. The application of Digital Lean in medical practice and the potential that this concept contains will be presented on the example of one company, specifically a private medical clinic. Also, the achieved results will be quantified with numerous proposals for future improvement of the polyclinic's operations.
