Abstract

Napredno planiranje i terminiranje aktivnosti u proizvodnim procesima predstavljaju proširenje funkcije planiranja i terminiranja proizvodnje. Definiranjem koncepta planiranja i terminiranje daje se temelj za razumijevanje i mogućnost uspoređivanja različitih modela i pristupa naprednog planiranja i terminiranja. Dostupnost različitih komercijalnih softverskih alata za ovu primjenu predstavljaju izazov za tvrtke prilikom odabira. Izbor i implementacija odgovarajućeg softvera za tvrtku odgovoran je i dugotrajan proces zbog svoje kompleksnosti i potrebe za specijaliziranim funkcijskim zahtjevima. Prikazom i usporedbom nekih od rješenja i modela dan je smjer mogućeg izbora nekog softvera dostupnog na tržištu. Za specifične proizvodne procese ponekad je potrebno naručiti posebno izrađen softver prilagođen zahtjevu naručitelja.

Abstract (english)

Advanced planning and scheduling of activities in production processes represent an extension of the function of production planning and scheduling. Defining planning and scheduling concepts makes it easier to compare different models and approaches of advanced planning and scheduling. The availability of different commercial software tools presents a challenge for companies when choosing the appropriate software. The selection and implementation of appropriate software for a company is a responsible and time-consuming process. The reason for this is the need for specialized functional requirements. Comparing some of the solutions and models makes easier for companies to choose some software available on the market. Companies with a specific production process sometimes have to order specialized planning software.
