Abstract

U ovome završnom radu prikazana je konstrukcija ručnih kliješta s podesivim hodom čeljusti
koja se koriste za prihvat vijaka ili matica različitih dimenzija. Mehanizam rada se zasniva na
mehanizmu poluge, pri čemu se potrebna sila prihvata i pomak čeljusti ostvaruju ručnom silom
na krakovima kliješta. U sklopu rada proveden je odabir konstrukcijske izvedbe, kinematička
sinteza mehanizma gibanja, odabir materijala te dimenzioniranje i proračun čvrstoće svih
potrebnih dijelova. Kao potrebni ulazni podaci dani su: sila prihvata matice ili vijka koja iznosi
4000 N te raspon prihvata koji iznosi 50 mm. Za izradu modela i tehničke dokumentacije
korišten je program Solidworks.

Abstract (english)

This thesis describes a design of an adjustable wrench pliers, used for gripping bolts or nuts of
different dimensions. The gripping mechanism is based on leverage mechanism, where the
needed gripping force and the jaw movement are achieved by applying hand force on the handle
of the wrench pliers. This thesis consists of design solution selection, kinematic synthesis of the
jaw movement mechanism, material selection and the dimensioning and the calculation of the
strength of all the essential parts. The default requirements were given as: bolt or nut gripping
force amounts to 4000 N, gripping range amounts to 50 mm. Solidworks was used to create
models and technical documentation.
