Abstract

Potencijal velikih količina podataka koje se svakodnevno prikupljaju u proizvodnji često je u velikoj mjeri neiskorišten. Jedan od glavnih ciljeva projekta provedenog u svrhu izrade diplomskog rada jest utvrđivanje metoda koje omogućuju da se protok podataka i informacija u proizvodnim procesima vizualizira i analizira na sistematizirani i efikasan način.
U uvodnom dijelu prikazana je važnost podatkovne domene u proizvodnji te njen utjecaj na industriju, s naglaskom na proizvodni sektor. Nadalje, dan je prikaz projektnog plana te kratki opis tvrtke HAIX obuća d.o.o. u kojoj je praktični dio rada proveden. U trećem poglavlju slijedi opis metoda korištenih za realizaciju projekta, uz pregled literature te najčešće korištenih alata koji se koriste u svrhu vizualizacije protoka informacija kroz proizvodne procese. Naglasak je na metodi toplinskog mapiranja procesa (engl. Process Heat Mapping). Razlog tome je postojanje najčešće korištenih metoda koje se prvenstveno usredotočuju na protok materijala, a svrha ovog rada je prikazati važnost podataka te posljedično i informacija na temelju kojih se donose strateški značajne odluke za organizaciju. Nadalje, dijagramima toka procesa dan je sekvencijalni prikaz koraka od kojih se pojedini proizvodni procesi sastoje, sa svrhom razumijevanja izvršavanja procesa te identifikacije onih dijelova u kojima postoji prostor za unaprjeđenje. Na kraju je provedena analiza ključnih pokazatelja uspješnosti koji se trenutno koriste u organizaciji te je dan prijedlog onih pokazatelja koji bi trebali biti implementirani u svrhu unaprjeđenja procesa na svim razinama organizacije. Slijedi analiza dobivenih rezultata te zaključak projekta provedenog korištenjem predstavljenih metoda.
Implementacija predloženih unaprjeđenja većim dijelom uključuje sustave, znanja i vještine koji su već prisutni u tvrtki HAIX obuća d.o.o., a iskorištavanje njihovog potencijala rezultira stvaranjem dodane vrijednosti za organizaciju. Idući korak u unaprjeđenju procesa organizacije podrazumijeva i razmatranje novih sustava ili nadogradnju postojećih, s ciljem razvoja Industrije 4.0 te izgradnje pametne tvornice.

Abstract (english)

The potential of Big Data in production is often largely unutilized. One of the main goals of the conducted project presented in this thesis is to establish methods that allow data and information flow in production processes to be visualized and analyzed systematically and efficiently.
The introductory part presents the importance of the data domain in production and its impact on the industry, with an emphasis on the manufacturing sector. Furthermore, the project plan was presented, followed by a brief description of the company HAIX obuća d.o.o. in which the practical part of the work was carried out. The third chapter describes the methods used for project implementation, with a review of the literature and the most common tools used to visualize the flow of information through production processes. The emphasis is on Process Heat Mapping. The reason for this is the existence of the most commonly used methods that primarily focus on the flow of materials, and the purpose of this paper is to show the importance of data and consequently information which result in strategically important decisions for the organization. Furthermore, process flow diagrams provide a sequential overview of each production process, in order to understand the execution of the process and identify those parts which need to be improved. Finally, an analysis of currently used Key Performance Indicators was conducted and a proposal was given for those indicators that should be implemented to improve the process at all levels of the organization. Lastly, an analysis of results obtained using presented methods was carried out, followed by the conclusion of the project.
The implementation of the improvements proposed in this project largely includes the systems, knowledge, and skills that are already present in the company HAIX obuća d.o.o. Utilization of their potential results in the creation of added value for the organization. The next step in improving the organization's processes involves considering new systems or upgrading existing ones, intending to develop Industry 4.0 and build a Smart Factory.
