Abstract

Svrha ovog rada je detaljnije obraditi TIG postupak zavarivanja. Teorijski dio rada obuhvaća princip rada TIG postupka, potrebnu opremu za uspješnu primjenu, parametre kojima se upravlja, te greške koje se najčešće pojavljuju i kako ih spriječiti. Spomenute su i neke od modernih inačica TIG postupka i njihova primjena. Eksperimentalnim dijelom su ispitane određene mogućnosti uređaja za zavarivanja „EWM Tetrix 230 AC/DC Comfort 2.0 puls“, a to su mogućnost promjene frekvencije izmjenične struje i podešavanje vremena provedenog na negativnom polaritetu izmjenične struje. Izvedeni su navari na 6 uzoraka od aluminija oznake 5083 i promatran je utjecaj frekvencije i AC balansa na promjenu dimenzija zavara i zonu čišćenja oksida.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of this paper is to elaborate on the TIG welding process. The theoretical
part of the paper covers the principle of work of the TIG process, the necessary equipment for
successful application, the parameters that are managed, and the most common defects and
how to prevent them. Some of the modern versions of the TIG process and their application
are also mentioned.
The experimental part examines the specific capabilities of the welding power supply
„EWM Tetrix 230 AC/DC Comfort 2.0 puls“, this are the ability to change the AC frequency
and the adjustment of the time spent on the negative polarity of AC. Welds are made on 6
samples of aluminium grade 5083, and the influence of frequency and AC balance on the
weld dimensions was observed.
