Abstract

Ovaj završni rad sastoji se od opisa kočnica koje se često koriste u industriji, sa naglaskom na dvočeljusnu bubanjsku kočnicu. Ona svoju najčešću primjenu pronalazi kod transportnih uređaja, točnije kod prijenosnika i dizala. Tema ovog završnog rada je mehanizam te dvočeljusne bubanjske kočnice, koja je pokretana elektrohidrauličkim linearnim aktuatorom. On sustavom poluga pokreće mehanizam koji sliči zglobnom četverokutu, te tako mijenja položaje između kočnog i otkočnog. Kroz detaljnu razradu sustava poluga, proračunati su i dimenzionirani svi dijelovi mehanizma i njihovi pomoćni dijelovi. Sva kritična mjesta proračunata su da zadovoljavaju kriterije sigurnosti. Iz proračuna proizašle dimenzije korištene su u konstruiranju cijele kočnice. Rad sadrži u prilogu sve crteže nestandarnih dijelova, njihove proračune i pojašnjenja.

Abstract (english)

This bachelor thesis consists of descriptions of the brakes commonly used in the industry, with an emphasis on the two-caliper drum brake. Its most common use is in transport equipment, in particular for conveyers and lifts. The theme of this bachelor's thesis is the mechanism of that two-caliper drum brake, which is driven by an electro-hydraulic linear actuator. It activates a lever-like mechanism by the lever system, thus changing positions between the brake and release positions. Through detailed elaboration of the lever system, all parts of the mechanism and their accessory parts have been calculated and dimensioned. All critical locations are calculated to meet security criteria. The resulting dimensions were used to design the entire brake. The paper contains all drawings of non-standard parts, their calculations and explanations.
