Abstract

Velika popularnost aditivne proizvodnje stavila je na raspolaganje korisnicima cijeli niz uređaja različitih karakteristika, kvaliteta i cjenovnih razreda. Imajući na umu da većina proizvođača koristi iste dijelove i isto programsko rješenje postavlja se sljedeće pitanje:
Ako se definiraju osnovni dijelovi uređaja, je li moguće iskoristiti ih i napraviti bilo koju vrstu konfiguracije prilagođenu specifičnoj namjeni?
Inspiriran time ovaj rad će identificirati potrebne dijelove koje svaki uređaj za aditivnu proizvodnju FDM postupkom mora sadržavati. Nakon utvrđivanja komponenti i njihove kompatibilnosti predstavit će se projektno rješenje konfiguracije specifične namjene, u ovom slučaju 3D pisača temeljenog na Cartesian konstrukciji, gdje sve pomake x, y i z-osi izvodi radna površina.
Kako bi se koncept potpuno dokazao, izrađen je prototip ovakve konfiguracije. Sam postupak je dokumentiran te će ukazati na probleme koji se javljaju i čitatelju dati osjećaj za vrijeme koje je potrebno uložiti u ovakav projekt. Zadnji dio rada osvrnuti će se na dobivene karakteristike uređaja te predložiti moguća poboljšanja.

Abstract (english)

In times when additive manufacturing is becoming more and more popular there is a whole range of products costumer can buy. Having in mind that all producers use the same components and most of them use similar software there is an interesting question rising up.
If you define all basic 3D printer components, is it possible to use them and create specific custom made configuration?
Inspired with this question this thesis will identify all components required for FDM 3D printer. After basic explanations reader will get enough knowledge to decide what to use in his own configuration. Second part will describe development and design solutions for configuration customized for a specific use that could improve FDM technology. In this case Cartesian style construction is going to be applied on a printer that has all moving axes assigned to heat bed, which means extruder position is fixed.
To prove the concept 3D printer is going to be built and the procedure documented. All challenges during the assembly will be described to give a reader a full sense of the work that is needed to finish a project complex like this one.
