Abstract

Norma ISO 9001 danas je temeljna norma za sustave upravljanja kvalitetom. Prema njoj se ravna više od milijun organizacija diljem svijeta neovisno o tome o kojoj se veličini i vrsti djelatnosti radi. Norma ove godine bilježi 30 godina postojanja, a od svog nastanka pa do danas doživjela je više promjena. Revizije 1994. i 2008. godine donijele su tek nekoliko manje značajnih izmjena, dok su bitnije revizije provedene 2000. i 2015. godine. Upravo je posljednje – peto izdanje predmet ovoga rada. Nakon kratkog osvrta na definiciju kvalitete i normizaciju dan je pregled osnovnih načela te tumačenje zahtjeva sustava upravljanja kvalitetom propisanih novom normom ISO 9001:2015, s posebnim naglaskom na promjenama koje su nastupile u odnosu na prethodno izdanje norme, ISO 9001:2008. Takvim usporednim prikazom starih i novih zahtjeva cilj je pomoći organizacijama koje se nalaze pred tranzicijom sa stare na novu normu.

Drugi dio rada bavi se kvalitetom u kontekstu obrazovnih organizacija, odnosno primjenom norme ISO 9001:2015 na visokoškolsku ustanovu kao što je fakultet. Na samom kraju rada nabrojani su zahtjevi norme uz specifične prilagodbe za primjenu na fakultetu.

Abstract (english)

Today, ISO 9001 standard is the basic standard for quality management systems. More than one million organizations worldwide are using this standard regardless of the size and type of activity they are performing. This year, the standard marks 30 years of existence, and since its inception, has experienced several changes. Revisions in 1994 and 2008 only made a few minor changes, while major revisions were carried out in 2000 and 2015. The last – fifth edition is the subject of this thesis. After a brief review of the definition of quality and standardization, there is an overview of the basic principles and the interpretation of quality management system requirements prescribed by the new standard ISO 9001: 2015, with a special emphasis on the changes that have occurred in relation to the previous edition, ISO 9001: 2008. Such a comparative view of old and new requirements aims to help organizations facing the transition from old to new standard.

The second part deals with quality in the context of educational organizations, ie the application of ISO 9001: 2015 to a higher education institution such as a faculty. At the very end of this thesis, the requirements of the standard are listed with specific adaptations for application to the faculty.
