Abstract

U ovom radu analizirana je potrošnja vode na rashladnom tornju za ljetni režim rada rashladnog uređaja koji se koristi za hlađenje poslovne zgrade na području grada Zagreba. Nazivno rashladno opterećenje zgrade iznosi 1,6 MW, a kao radna tvar u sustavu se koristi R134a. Proračun je napravljen na satnoj bazi, a kao ulazni podaci za proračun koristile su se satne vrijednosti rashladnog opterećenja prostora i temperaturni režim hlađenja vode 12/7 ºC. U uvodnom dijelu ovog rada ukratko su opisani načini izvedbe, te prednosti i nedostaci vodom i zrakom hlađenih kondenzatora. Osim analize potrošnje vode na rashladnom tornju, napravljen je i termodinamički proračun vodom hlađenog kondenzatora nazivne snage 1,8 MW. Također, napravljen je i proračun svih cjevovoda ovog sustava te su odabrane sve potrebne komponente ovog rashladnika vode. Na kraju rada prikazana je shema spajanja i automatske regulacije rashladnog sustava.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, the consumption of the cooling tower is being analyzed for the summer operation mode of the cooling system which is used to cool an office building in Zagreb. The nominal cooling capacity of the building is 1,6 MW and R134a is used as a refrigerant in the system. The calculation is based on hourly basis and hourly values of the cooling load and temperature regime of cooling water 12/7°C were used as input data for the calculation. The methods of performance and advantages and disadvantages of water and air-cooled condensers are briefly described in the introductory part of this paper. There is an analysis of water consumption in the cooling tower as well as a thermodynamic calculation of water cooled condenser with 1,8 MW rated power. Moreover, a calculation of all pipelines in this system was made and all necessary components of the chiller were chosen. The merging scheme and automatic regulation of the cooling system is shown at the end of this paper.
