Abstract

U ovome radu razrađen je problem odlučivanja kod odabira primarnog procesa u projektiranju tehnološkog procesa, kao i kratki uvod u značaj i odabir primarnog procesa. Okosnica ovog rada je definiranje kriterija po kojima će se odabrati isti.

Dan je opis sustava za potporu odlučivanju kao suvremenog alata pri donošenju poslovnih, strateških i organizacijskih odluka, vrste sustava za potporu odlučivanju te njihov razvoj.

Nadalje, predstavljena je AHP (Analitički hijerarhijski proces) metoda, jedna od najpoznatijih metoda stručne analize scenarija i donošenja odluka konzistentnim ocjenjivanjem hijerarhija koje se sastoje od ciljeva, kriterija, scenarija i alternativa. Također, dan je kratak opis provedbe AHP metode te najznačajnije prednosti i mane u njenoj provedbi.

Praktični rad proveden je u Expert Choice-u, efikasnom softverskom alatu za rješavanje problema višekriterijskog odlučivanja na razini organizacije, zasnovanog na maloprije spomenutoj AHP metodi. Nakon kratkog teorijskog opisa razvoja, značajki, praktične primjene i strukture Expert Choice-a, provedena je primjena softvera na realnom problemu - odabiru primarnog procesa za odabrani izradak.

Abstract (english)

This paper elaborates the problem of decision making in the selection of primary process of designing technological process. The base of this work is to define criteria by which the process will be chosen.

A description is given of decision support systems as a modern tool for making business, strategic and organizational decisions, types of decision support systems and their development.

Furthermore, the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, one of the most popular methods of professional scenario analysis and decision-making consistent evaluation hierarchy consisting of the objectives, criteria, scenarios and alternatives, is presented. Also, a brief description of the implementation of the AHP method and the most important advantages and disadvantages in its implementation is given.

Practical work was carried out in the Expert Choice, efficient software tool for problem solving multiple criteria decision making at the level of the organization, based on the earlier mentioned AHP method. After a brief theoretical description of the development, characteristics, practical application and structure of Expert Choice, the application software is implemented on the real problem - the selection of the primary process for the selected workpiece.
