Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je analizirati raspodjelu protoka u razdjelnicima konvektivnih izmjenjivača topline u generatorima pare, izvedenima kao niz paralelnih grana. Iako se često pretpostavlja jednolika raspodjela protoka, praksa pokazuje suprotno. U radu je proveden hidraulički proračun paralelnih cijevi izmjenjivača u Microsoft Excelu, kojim se potvrđuje nejednolika raspodjela protoka te analizira utjecaj različitih faktora na tu nejednakost, pri čemu ključnu ulogu ima način spajanja razdjelnika i sabirnika.
Abstract (english)
The objective of this paper is to analyze the flow distribution in the manifolds of convective heat exchangers in steam generators with parallel tubes. Although a uniform flow distribution is often assumed, practical experience suggests otherwise. The study includes a hydraulic calculation of the parallel heat exchanger tubes in Microsoft Excel, which confirms the non-uniform flow distribution and analyzes the influence of various factors on this imbalance, with the connection method of the distributor and collector playing a crucial role.
