Abstract

Na Katedri za alatne strojeve Fakulteta strojarstva i brodogradnje trenutno je u tijeku provedba projekta ARCOPS, čiji je cilj razvoj autonomne robotske ćelije za brušenje i karakterizaciju površine tankostijenih kompozitnih proizvoda većih dimenzija. U sklopu projektnih aktivnosti planirano je istražiti utjecaj različitih parametara obrade na dinamiku trošenja alata. Kako trošenje nije jednolično po cijeloj površini brusnog papira, potrebno je razmatrati iste regije nakon uzastopnih pokusa brušenja. Korišteni glavni prigon za orbitalno brušenje nema mogućnost preciznog pozicioniranja brusnog papira u točno određeni položaj. Stoga je u sklopu ovog završnog rada osmišljena naprava koja omogućuje ponovljivo pozicioniranje brusnog papira u položaj iz kojeg će se regije od interesa digitalizirati beskontaktnim senzorom hrapavosti.

Abstract (english)

The ARCOPS project is currently in progress at the Chair of Machine Tools within the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture. The aim of this project is to develop an autonomous robotic cell for sanding and surface characterization of large, thin-walled objects. As part of the project activities, research is planned to investigate the impact of sanding process parameters on tool wear. Since wear is not uniform across the entire surface of sandpaper, it is necessary to examine the same regions after successive sanding tests. The sanding drive does not have the capability for precise positioning of the sandpaper. Therefore, a clamping device has been designed as part of this thesis to enable repeatable positioning of the sandpaper in a fixed position, from which the regions of interest will be examined using a non-contact roughness sensor.
