Abstract

U ovom je radu bilo potrebno osmisliti i provesti međuprovjere etalonske mjerne opreme Laboratorija za procesna mjerenja Fakulteta strojarstva i brodogradnje, zbog njegovog privremenog premještaja na novu lokaciju. Cilj je bio opisati postupak te prikazati rezultate mjerenja i definirati kriterije prihvatljivosti. Odabrana etalonska oprema obuhvaća uređaje za mjerenje tlaka, temperature i otpora, uključujući pretvornike tlaka proizvođača Druck i Vaisala, kalibrator tlaka Druck, tri multimetra Keithley, četiri platinska otpornička termometra Fluke i tri fiksna otpornika Tinsley. Prije nego što su navedeni rezultati međuprovjera, opisani su postupci za interno umjeravanje i međuprovjere odabranih etalona preko relevantnih normi odnosno uputa. Tako se za opisivanje umjeravanja pretvornika tlaka koristila smjernica DKD-R 6-1. Kako bi se osigurala pouzdanost mjerenja prilikom budućih međuprovjera nakon povratka Laboratorija na staru lokaciju, unaprijed su definirani kriteriji prihvatljivosti. Na kraju rada prikazani su rezultati provedenih međuprovjera odabrane etalonske opreme te utvrđeni kriteriji prihvatljivosti mjerenja.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, it was necessary to design and conduct intermediate checks of the standard measuring equipment of the Laboratory for Process Measurements of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, due to its temporary relocation to a new location. The aim was to describe the procedure, present the measurement results and define the acceptance criteria. The selected standard equipment includes devices for measuring pressure, temperature and resistance, including pressure transducers manufactured by Druck and Vaisala, a Druck pressure calibrator, three Keithley multimeters, four Fluke platinum resistance thermometers and three Tinsley fixed resistors. Before the intermediate checks results are presented, the procedures for internal calibration and intermediate checks of the selected standards are described using relevant standards or instructions. Thus, the DKD-R 6-1 guideline was used to describe the calibration of pressure transducers. In order to ensure the reliability of measurements during future intermediate checks after the Laboratory returns to its old location, acceptance criteria were defined in advance. At the end of the paper, the results of the intermediate checks of the selected standard equipment are presented and the measurement acceptance criteria established.
