Abstract

Ovaj rad opisuje razvoj i konstrukciju rotirajuće platforme za scenski nastup (bubnjarski set), pri čemu se posebna pažnja posvećuje stabilnosti, sigurnosti i prijenosu gibanja. Platforma se pogoni elektromotorom s ugrađenim reduktorom, dok se prijenos gibanja ostvaruje zupčastim mehanizmom. Kako bi bubnjevi ostali fiksirani tijekom rotacije, primijenjeno je specijalizirano rješenje u obliku fiksatora "kopita". Konstrukcijskom razradom omogućeno je jednostavno
prenošenje i sastavljanje i rastavljanje platforme. Rad također uključuje analizu opterećenja, odabir prikladnih materijala te provjeru čvrstoće ključnih komponenti konstrukcije.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the development and development of a rotating platform for stage
performances (drum set). Special attention was given to its stability, safe use, and transmission
of the motor. The platform is powered by a motor with a built-in gearbox, while the motion
transfer is achieved through a gear mechanism. To ensure that drums will remain fixed during
the rotation, a specialized solution in the form of "hoof" fasteners was applied. The resulting
design allows for easy transport and assembly/disassembly of the platform. The paper also
includes a load analysis, selection of appropriate materials, and calculation of the strength of
key structural components.
