Abstract

U ovom završnom radu prikazani su rezultati procjene zatečenog stanja stroja, provedene u svrhu pripreme projekta revitalizacije vertikalne tokarilice njemačkog proizvođača Schiess Moweg GmbH, tip 109. Radi boljeg razumijevanja same teme, na početku rada je objašnjena obrada odvajanjem čestica. Dalje su opisane tokarilice te je predloženo idejno konstrukcijsko rješenje za ugradnju pomoćnog prigona za pogonjene alate kao izmjenjivog modula. Također je prikazan 3D CAD model stroja s detaljno modeliranim sustavom za izmjenu alata. Idejno konstrukcijsko rješenje je izrađeno je u CAD softveru SolidWorks.

Abstract (english)

This thesis presents the results of the assesment of the current state of the machine, conducted as part of the preparation for the revitalization project of a vertical lathe manufactured by the German company Schiess Moweg GmbH, type 109. To provide a better understanding of the topic, the thesis begins with an explanation of material removal processes. Furthermore, lathes are described, and a conceptual design solution is proposed for the installation of an auxiliary drive for powered tools as an interchangeable module. A 3D CAD model of the machine is also presented, with a detailed model of the tool change system. The conceptual design solution was created using the CAD software SolidWorks, and all necessary technical documentation is provided in the appendix at the end of the thesis.
