Abstract

Zadatak se bavi razvojem i analizom dinamičkog modela pneumatskog servopogona korištenjem MATLAB/Simulinka i laboratorijskog modela sa cilindrom bez klipnjače. Cilj je izvesti dinamički model, opisati provedene metode regulacije i poboljšati upravljanje sustavom pomoću dSPACE platforme.
Model uključuje zakone dinamike gibanja, termodinamiku zraka i ključne nelinearnosti poput trenja klipa cilindra. Simulacijski rezultati uspoređuju se s eksperimentalnim podacima, pokazujući određenu preciznost modela. Provedena je simulacija odziva sustava uz PID regulaciju i analizirana je stabilnost.
Rezultati potvrđuju učinkovitost modela i omogućuju optimizaciju parametara te ispitivanje različitih strategija regulacije, s mogućnošću daljnjeg poboljšanja zadanog sustava.

Abstract (english)

The task deals with the development and analysis of a dynamic model of a pneumatic servodrive using MATLAB/Simulink and a laboratory model with a rodless cylinder. The goal is to perform a dynamic model, describe implemented regulation methods and improve system control using the dSPACE platform.
The model includes the laws of motion dynamics, air thermodynamics, and key nonlinearities such as piston friction. The simulation results are compared with experimental data, demonstrating a certain accuracy of the model. A simulation of the system response with PID control was performed and stability was analyzed.
The results confirm the effectiveness of the model and allow parameter optimization and testing of different control strategies, with the possibility of further improving the given system.
