Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je konstrukcija sigurnosne kočnice za mosni kran s više ključnih
funkcija. Kočnica je osmišljena kako bi osigurala stabilnost i sigurnost krana u industrijskom
okruženju, posebno u uvjetima mirovanja, potresa ili potrebe za održavanjem. Glavne funkcije
uključuju: sprječavanje proklizavanja krana po voznoj stazi tijekom mirovanja, minimiziranje
pomaka i osiguranje od iskliznuća sa staze u slučaju potresa, te mogućnost podizanja kotača
radi zamjene. Sustav je koncipiran tako da osigura punu kočnu silu i u slučaju gubitka
napajanja, pri čemu je nominalni pogon elektromehanički, uz mogućnost ručnog pogona putem
dodatnih komponenti.
Kočnica će biti integrirana u nosivu strukturu čeonih nosača i okvira vitla, a njena primjena
predviđena je za dva krana različitih veličina. Za tu svrhu potrebno je konstruirati dvije varijante
kočnice, jednu prilagođenu manjem, a drugu većem kranu. Konstrukcijska rješenja bit će
usmjerena na pouzdanost, jednostavnost održavanja i sigurnost u najzahtjevnijim radnim
uvjetima.
Diplomski rad se sastoji od: istraživanja tržišta, osmišljavanja i odabira konstrukcijskog
riješenja, proračuna i oblikovanja konstrukcije i izrade tehničke dokumentacije.
3D model i sva tehnička dokumentacija izrađena je u programskom paketu Solidworks 2020.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this thesis is the design of a safety brake for an overhead crane with multiple key
functions. The brake is designed to ensure the stability and safety of the crane in an industrial
environment, particularly during standstill, seismic events, or maintenance operations. The
main functions include: preventing the crane from slipping along the track during standstill,
minimizing displacement and ensuring the crane stays on the track during an earthquake, and
enabling the lifting of wheels for replacement. The system is designed to provide full braking
force in the event of a power outage, with the primary drive being electromechanical, and the
option for manual operation through additional components.
The brake will be integrated into the load-bearing structure of the end beams and the hoist
frame, with its application intended for two cranes of different sizes. For this purpose, it is
necessary to design two brake variants, one tailored for the smaller crane and the other for the
larger crane. The design solutions will focus on reliability, ease of maintenance, and safety in
the most demanding working conditions.
The thesis consists of market research, conceptualization and selection of a design solution,
calculations and structural design, and preparation of technical documentation.
A 3D model and all technical documentation were created using the SolidWorks 2020 software
package.
