Abstract

U teorijskom dijelu rada opisani su REL i TIG postupci zavarivanja kao najčešći postupci zavarivanja cjevovoda u kotlovnicama. Postupci zavarivanja su opisani te su definirani ključni parametri za postizanje kvalitetnog zavarenog spoja. Dan je pregled osnovnog materijala korišten u eksperimentalnom radu (ugljični konstrukcijski čelik S235JRH HRN EN 10210-1:2006) i specificirani su glavni problemi osnovnog materijala sa stajališta zavarljivosti. U posljednjem dijelu teorijskog dijela rada predložena su rješenja za postizanje veće produktivnosti i veće kvalitete rada u proizvodnim sustavima.

U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada, cijevi izrađene od ugljičnog konstrukcijskog čelika S235JRH nominalnog promjera DN80 su zavarene i ispitane prema normi HRN EN ISO 15614-1. Definirani su parametri zavarivanja i pripreme spoja te je dokumentiran svaki aspekt ispitivanja. Ispitivanje se je sastojalo od nerazornog ispitivanja penetrantom, statičko – vlačnog ispitivanja, ispitivanja na savijanje i naposljetku, analize makrostrukture. Na temelju ispitivanja provedenih u eksperimentalnom dijelu rada donesen je zaključak.

Abstract (english)

In the theoretical part of this thesis, the MMA and TIG welding processes were described, as they are the most common welding procedures for pipelines in boiler rooms. The welding processes were detailed, and key parameters for achieving a welded joint of sufficient quality were defined. An overview of the base material used in the experimental work (S235JRH HRN EN 10210-1:2006) was presented, and the main issues from the perspective of weldability were specified. In the last part of the theoretical work, the solutions were proposed to achieve greater productivity and higher quality in production systems.

In the experimental part of the thesis, pipes made of carbon steel S235JRH with a nominal diameter DN80 were welded and tested according to the standard HRN EN ISO 15614-1. The welding parameters and joint preparation were defined, and every aspect of the testing was documented. The testing consisted of non-destructive penetrant testing, static tensile testing, bending test, and finally, macroscopic analysis. Based on the results of testing conducted in the experimental part, a conclusion was drawn.
