Abstract

U ovom radu izložena je temeljna konfiguracija klipnih motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem vodeći se načelima zakonitosti mehanike i kinematike klipnog mehanizma. Kako bi se omogućila adekvatna usporedba rezultata, svi motori imaju isti cilindarski sklop. Do razlika dolazi kod broja cilindara i njihovoj konfiguraciji, te izvedbi koljenastog vratila. Završni rad pored opisa rada četverotaktnih klipnih motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem razrađuje i kinematiku mehanizma klipa, klipnjače i koljenastog vratila. Izvršena je usporedba rezultata 1. i 2. reda vibracija trocilindričnog i četverocilindričnog motora te je za njih provedena i analiza prednosti i nedostataka kojim je zaključno dano rješenje za smanjenje vibracija. Zaključno, navode se konfiguracije s najboljim karakteristikama te koliko su te karakteristike u skladu s današnjim tijekovima razvoja motornih vozila.

Abstract (english)

This paper presents the basic configuration of internal combustion piston engines, guided by the principles of mechanics and kinematics of the piston mechanism. In order to enable an adequate comparison of the results, all engines have the same cylinder assembly. There are differences in the number of cylinders and their configuration, as well as the design of the crankshaft. In addition to describing the operation of four-stroke piston engines with internal combustion, the final paper elaborates the kinematics of the piston mechanism, connecting rod and crankshaft. A comparison of the results of the 1st and 2nd order of vibrations of three-cylinder and four-cylinder engines was carried out, and an analysis of advantages and disadvantages was carried out for them, which ultimately provided a solution for reducing vibrations. In conclusion, the configurations with the best characteristics are listed and how these characteristics are in line with today's trends in the development of motor vehicles.
