Abstract

U okviru ovog rada najviše se govori o aluminiju i njegovim legurama i o zavarivanju postupcima DC – MIG i AC – MIG.
U teorijskom djelu opisan je tehnički aluminij i njegova svojstva te primjena. Napravljena je detaljna klasifikacija aluminijskih legura te su detaljno opisane sve serije Al legura. Detaljno su opisani konvencionalni DC – MIG postupak i suvremeni AC – MIG postupak zavarivanja. Navedeni su parametri i posebnosti svakog od postupka. Spomenute su i greške koje je javljaju pri zavarivanju Al legura, te kako one djeluju na zavar i kako ih maksimalno eliminirati.
U eksperimentalnom djelu provedeno je zavarivanje Al legura EN AW 5083 – H321 i EN AW 6082 – T651 postupcima zavarivanja DC – MIG i AC – MIG. Kako je i debljina materijala bitan faktor pri zavarivanju, korišteni su uzorci debljina 6, 8 i 10 mm. Napravljena je analiza mikrostrukture zavara i tvrdoće i dani su određeni zaključci zavara.

Abstract (english)

In the framework of this work, aluminum and its alloys and welding with the DC - MIG and AC - MIG processes are mostly discussed.
In the theoretical work, technical aluminum and its properties are described and applied. A detailed classification of aluminum alloys was made, and all series of Al alloys were described in detail. The conventional DC – MIG process and the modern AC – MIG welding process are described in detail. The parameters and peculiarities of each procedure are listed. Errors that occur when welding Al alloys are also mentioned, as well as how to proceed with the weld and how to eliminate them as much as possible.
In the experimental work, the welding of Al alloys EN AW 5083-H321 and EN AW 6082-T651 was carried out using DC – MIG and AC – MIG welding procedures. Since the thickness of the material is also an important factor during welding, samples with a thickness of 6, 8 and 10 mm were used. An analysis of weld microstructure and hardness was made, and certain conclusions were given.
