Abstract

U ovome radu objasnit će se pojam Industrije 5.0 te poveznica održive proizvodnje i zelene digitalne transformacije proizvodnih poduzeća. Izdvojiti će se najvažnije direktive Europske Unije i ISO standardi prema kojoj poduzeća oblikuju svoju proizvodnju s ciljem stjecanja konkurentne prednosti na tržištu. Na kraju, analizirat će se i izdvojiti glavni pokazatelji održivosti i uspješnosti poduzeća te na temelju njih na primjeru konkretnih kompanija pokazati kako uvođenje zelene digitalne transformacije utječe na uspješnost kompanije.

Abstract (english)

In this paper a brief explanation of Industry 5.0 in the context of sustainable manufacturing will be given. We will also review and show a link between sustainability and green digital transformation of existing manufacturing operations, along with EU directives and ISO standards that businesses use to structure their operations in order to get a competitive advantage. Furthermore, we will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) that link sustainability with profit and see how before mentioned transformations affect them using concrete evidence.
