Abstract

Tema ovog rada je konstrukcija brodske sohe za spuštanje čamaca za spašavanje. Sigurno korištenje čamca za spašavanje i sigurnost osoba ovisi o odabranim uređajima za spuštanje čamca. Čamac se mora moći sigurno spustiti do mora, i u pravilu, uređaj za spuštanje mora biti neovisan o brodskom sustavu napajanja električnom energijom, kako bi bio što sigurniji i ne bi zakazao prilikom potpunog nestanka električne energije. Zbog toga se na brodove ugrađuju uređaji za spuštanje čamaca koja koriste gravitacijsku silu.
Na samome početku ovog rada provedena je analiza tržišta i postojećih patenata, nakon čega je uslijedila izrada koncepata prema postojećim rješenjima koja se trenutno nalaze na tržištu. Konstruirana su tri koncepta koji su bili ocjenjivani s različitim kriterijima i težinskim faktorima te je na temelju tih ocjena izabran završni koncept koji je ujedno najbolje konstrukcijsko rješenje.
U nastavku je proveden proračun mehanizma za spuštanje čamaca, proračun nosive konstrukcije te svih komponenti, pripadnih ležajeva i užadi. Za prikaz konstrukcijskog rješenja izrađen je 3D model CAD programu SolidWorks i tehnička dokumentacija.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this paper is the construction of a ship's davit for launching lifeboats. The safe use of a lifeboat and the security of individuals depend on the chosen mechanisms for lowering the lifeboat. The lifeboat must be able to be safely lowered to the sea, and typically, the lowering device must be independent of the ship's electrical power system to ensure safety and prevent failure in the event of a complete power outage. Therefore, ships are equipped with davit devices that utilize gravitational force for lifeboat lowering.
At the beginning of this work, a market analysis and examination of existing patents were conducted, followed by the development of concepts based on current solutions available in the market. Three concepts were constructed, each evaluated against various criteria and weighted factors. Based on these assessments, the final concept, deemed the best construction solution, was selected.
Subsequently, calculations were performed for the lifeboat lowering mechanism, the structural support, and all components, including relevant bearings and ropes. A 3D model using the SolidWorks CAD program was created for the presentation of the construction solution, along with technical documentation.
