Abstract

Tema ovog rada je „Unaprjeđenje procesa 3D ispisa za potrebe dentalne protetike“. U radu su navedene osnovne informacije o aditivnim tehnologijama s metalima s naglaskom na dentalnu industriju. Prvi dio rada govori o teorijskom i povijesnom dijelu aditivnim tehnologija, kasnije se nastavlja kratki uvod o tehnologiji kojom se 3D ispisuju parcijalne proteze i titanske konstrukcije. U prvom dijelu eksperimentalnog rada napravljena je analiza plana pokusa parcijalnih metalnih proteza u svrhu smanjivanja vremena naknadne obrade i na temelju dobivenih rezultata analize poboljšanja su predložena. U drugom dijelu eksperimentalnog rada objašnjena je problematika kod 3D ispisa titanskih konstrukcija te su, također, predložena rješenja.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this paper is "Improvement of 3D Printing Processes for Dental Prosthetics Purposes." The paper provides fundamental information about additive technologies with metals, focusing on the dental industry. The first part of the paper discusses the theoretical and historical aspects of additive technologies, followed by a brief introduction of the technology used for 3D printing of partial dentures and titanium constructions. In the initial experimental section, an analysis of the experimental plan for partial metal dentures is conducted with the aim of reducing post-processing time, and proposed enhancements are suggested. The second experimental segment addresses the issues related to 3D printing of titanium constructions and proposes improvements.
