Abstract

U ovom radu prikazana je konceptualna i rana konstrukcijsko-razradna faza sklopa kotača Formula Student bolida RT08. Takav koncept karakterizira pogonski sustav s integriranim elektromotorima i reduktorom u kotačima, kao drugi takvog tipa razvijen unutar FSB Racing Team-a. Cilj projekta je iskoristiti mogućnosti prelaska na pogon na četiri kotača smanjivanjem ukupnih dimenzija i mase sklopa kotača. U tu svrhu napravljena su četiri koncepta od kojih su se za evaluacijom odabrani proveli inicijalni proračuni ležajeva, spojnih elemenata i glavčine kako bi se provjerilo zadovoljavaju li dimenzije koje definiraju koncept uvjete čvrstoće. Uz rad je priložena tehnička dokumentacija djelomično razrađenog koncepta sklopa kotača koja uključuje sklopni crtež i radioničke crteže nekih pozicija sklopa kotača.

Abstract (english)

This thesis presents the conceptual and early design phase of the wheel assembly for the Formula Student car RT08. This concept features drive system with integrated electric motors and gearbox in the wheels, as the second of its kind developed within the FSB Racing Team. The project's objective is to leverage the potential of transitioning to a four-wheel drive by reducing the overall dimensions and mass of the wheel assembly. For this purpose, four concepts were created, and among them, the selected one underwent initial calculations of bearings, fasteners and the hub to verify if the dimensions defined by the concept meet strength requirements. The work is accompanied by technical documentation of a partially developed wheel assembly concept, including an assembly drawing and part drawings of certain wheel assembly parts.
