Abstract

Ovaj završni rad započinje klasifikacijom osnovnih načela Lean menadžmenta i niza alata koji se primjenjuju u tom kontekstu. Sljedeći korak je detaljna analiza specifičnog slučaja u odabranom poduzeću, baveći se posebno problemom kašnjenja uzrokovanog neorganiziranim postojećim skladišnim praksama. Kako bi se dublje razumjela ova problematika, bilježi se vrijeme potrebno za izuzimanje dijelova i provodi se analiza tih vremena različitim metodama. Analiza vremena kreće postavljanjem ciljeva u skladu s PDCA i DMAIC metodologijama. Nadalje, primjenjuje se statistički pristup analizi podataka. Statistički pristup provodi se pomoću korištenja statističke analize procesa, a posebice identifikacije distribucije vremena. Konačno, u radu se predlaže niz rješenja, uključujući primjenu ABC metode skladišta, usvajanje MRP i WSM sustava kao i rješenja koje sugerira mogućnosti preseljenja na lokaciju i integraciju proizvodnih kapaciteta.

Abstract (english)

This thesis begins with the classification of the fundamental principles of Lean management
and the array of tools applied within this context. Subsequently, it conducts a detailed analysis
of a specific case within a chosen company, with a particular focus on the issue of delays
caused by disorganized warehousing practices. In order to gain a deeper understanding of this
issue, the time required for parts retrieval is recorded, and an analysis of these times was
conducted using various methods. The time analysis commences by setting goals in
accordance with PDCA and DMAIC methods. Furthermore, a statistical approach to data
analysis is applied, employing both normal and long-normal distributions. Finally, the thesis
concludes by proposing a series of solutions, including the implementation of the ABC
warehouse method, the adoption of an ERP system, as well as a solution which suggests as a
potential solution the consideration of the possible reallocation with manufacturing
capabilities.
