Abstract

Ovaj rad proučava važnost praćenja životnog vijeka proizvoda. U prvom dijelu se objašnjavaju faze životnog vijeka proizvoda i zbog čega poduzeća pokušavaju predvidjeti životni vijek proizvoda. Predstavljanje su dvije metode praćenja životnog vijeka, LCA i LCC. Prva metoda, LCA, se upotrjebljuje kako bi se pokušao smanjiti negativan utjecaj proizvoda na okoliš. Druga se metoda provodi kako bi se predvidjeli svi troškovi koji se javljaju tokom životnog vijeka proizvoda. Nakon toga prikazuje se primjena metode LCA na osobnom vozilu.
U drugom dijelu rada opisuje se značaj uvođenja softvera u životnom vijeku proizvoda. Predstavljene su karakteristike značajnih softvera i u kojima fazama životnog vijeka proizvoda se softveri koriste. Zatim se opisuje prijedlog implementacije tehnologije digitalnog blizanca u osobnim vozilima. Objašnjuju se različite komponente sustava korištene u digitalnom blizancu i način njihovog povezivanja. Stvaranjem digitalnog blizanca vozila dobiva se novi način prikupljanja podataka u samoj fazi korištenja vozila. Dati su primjeri kako bi se dobiveni podaci mogli iskoristiti u svrhu produživanja životnog vijeka postojećeg vozila i za razvoj novih vozila.

Abstract (english)

This thesis studies the importance of product life cycle monitoring. The first part explains the phases of the product's lifetime and why companies are trying to predict the life cycle of a product. Two life cycle monitoring methods, LCA and LCC, are presented. The first method, LCA, refers to trying to reduce the negative impact of the product on the environment. The second method is carried out to predict all the costs that occur during the life of the product. Following that, the application of the LCA method on a passenger vehicle is presented.
The second part of this thesis explains the importance of software introduction in the product life cycle. The characteristics of significant software and in which phases of the life cycle the software is used are presented. After that, the proposal for the implementation of digital twin technology in passenger vehicles is described. It is described how are the various system components used in the digital twin and how they are connected. By creating a digital twin of the vehicle, a new way of collecting data is obtained in the very phase of using the vehicle. Examples are given of how the obtained data could be used to extend the existing vehicle's life and to develop new vehicles.
