Abstract

Ovaj završni rad fokusira se na analizu proizvodnog procesa u pogonu za proizvodnju dizala i naknadnu optimizaciju te proizvodnje. Istraživanje uključuje dijagram tijeka materijala i tehnike mapiranja toka vrijednosti kako bi se steklo sveobuhvatno razumijevanje postojećeg proizvodnog procesa. Dodatno, rad uključuje prikupljanje podataka iz procesa savijanja u proizvodnom procesu, nakon čega slijedi statistička analiza. Konačno, predlažu se određena poboljšanja koja bi trebala povećati učinkovitost proizvodnje.
Završni rad započinje opisivanjem proizvoda i proizvodnog pogona tvrtke koja ga proizvodi. U sljedećim poglavljima koriste se dijagram toka i mapiranje toka vrijednosti s ciljem vizualizacije proizvodnog procesa i identifikacije ključnih točaka. Ovi alati pružaju detaljan pregled slijeda aktivnosti, identificiraju uska grla procesa i ističu područja potencijalnog poboljšanja. Cilj je istražiti protok materijala, informacija i resursa kroz proizvodni proces mapiranjem toka vrijednosti.
Na temelju analize kroz završni rad predložena su poboljšanja proizvodnog procesa, kako u smislu prostornog rasporeda pogona, tako i intervencija u samom procesu. Novi izgled dizajniran je s ciljem povećanja učinkovitosti i poboljšanja ukupne produktivnosti. Čimbenici kao što su minimiziranje rukovanja materijalom, smanjenje transporta materijala, optimizacija tijeka rada i povećanje iskorištenosti opreme uzimaju se u obzir kao ključne komponente u procesu optimizacije.

Abstract (english)

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and optimisation of the production process in an elevator production company. The research includes material flow diagramming and value stream mapping techniques to gain a comprehensive understanding of the existing manufacturing process. Additionally, the work includes data collection from the bending process in the manufacturing process, followed by statistical analysis. Finally, certain improvements are proposed that should increase production efficiency.
The final paper begins by describing the product and the production plant of the company that produces it. In the following chapters, flowcharting and value stream mapping are used to visualize the production process and identify key points. These tools provide a detailed overview of the sequence of activities, identify process bottlenecks and highlight areas of potential improvement. By value stream mapping, the aim is to explore the flow of materials, information and resources through the production process.
Based on the analysis through the final work, improvements to the production process were proposed, both in terms of the spatial layout of the plant and interventions in the process itself. The new layout was designed with the aim of increasing efficiency and improving overall productivity. Factors such as minimizing material handling, reducing material transport, optimizing work flow and increasing equipment utilization are considered as key components in the optimization process.
