Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu proveden je postupak osnivanja brodice gliserskog tipa sa gumenim
tubusima namijenjene prijevozu turista. Kao materijal gradnje trupa i palube izabran je
stakloplastični kompozit, tj. kompozit izrađen od staklenih vlakana koja čine matricu kompozita
dok je ojačalo poliesterska smola. Kao materijal tubusa izabrano je armirano gumeno platno,
namijenjeno isključivo za izradu tubusa brodica. Sam postupak osnivanja broda općenito je vrlo
složen i kompliciran, pa je u tu svrhu izrađen 3D model brodice sa svim bitnim komadima
opreme i strukturom, a radi lakše izrade samog projekta. Prvi korak izrade ovoga rada bila je
izrada forme, odnosno najprije linija rebara, a zatim postupno i cijelog 3D modela sa svim
strukturnim elementima, paralelno vodeći brigu o smještaju pojedinih komada opreme i
rasporedu prostora na brodici. Nakon izrade trupa uslijedila je izrada općeg plana brodice
(palubni prostor, smještaj tankova...), a zatim i proračun strukture koji je proveden prema
pravilima Hrvatskog registra brodova (HRB). Idući korak bio je procjena mase, te proračun
centracije kako bi bilo moguće odrediti položaj težišta sistema brodice, te ukupno opterećenje
brodice. Zatim slijedi proračun stabiliteta proveden prema pravilima HRB-a, te konačno izrada
laminat plana konstrukcijskih elemenata brodice za ručni postupak polaganja laminata i izrada
tehničke dokumentacije.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, the process of design a speedboat type with rubber tubes intended for the transport
of tourists was carried out. Fiberglass composite was chosen as the construction material for
the hull and deck, i.e. a composite made of glass fibers that make up the matrix of the composite,
while polyester resin reinforced it. Reinforced rubber canvas was chosen as the tube material,
intended exclusively for the production of boat tubes. The process of building a boat is generally
very complex and complicated, so for this purpose a 3D model of the boat with all the essential
parts of equipment and structure was created, to facilitate the creation of the project itself. The
first step in the creation of this work was the creation of the form, i.e. first the lines of the ribs,
and then gradually the entire 3D model with all the structural elements, while simultaneously
taking care of the placement of individual parts of equipment and the layout of the space on the
boat. After the construction of the hull, there was the preparation of the general plan of the boat
(deck space, placement of tanks...), and then the calculation of the structure, which was carried
out according to the rules of the Croatian Register of Shipping (CRS). The next step was to
estimate the mass and calculate the centration in order to be able to determine the position of
the center of gravity of the boat system and the total load of the boat. Then follows the
calculation of stability carried out according to the rules of the CRS, and finally the creation of
a laminate plan of the boat's structural elements for the manual procedure of laying the laminate
and the creation of technical documentation.
