Abstract

U sklopu ovog diplomskog rada provedena je analiza oštećenja koljenastog vratila. U teorijskom dijelu detaljno su opisani dijelovi koljenastog vratila i njihovo međudjelovanje te načini izrade koljenastog vratila. Opisani su postupci provođenja analize uzroka oštećenja strojnih dijelova u eksploataciji. Opisani su načini i mogućnosti fraktografske analize. Navedeni su materijali od kojih se izrađuju koljenasta vratila, zahtjevi na te materijale te potencijalni načini zaštite tih materijala tijekom eksploatacije. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada, provedena je temeljita vizualna kontrola koljenastog vratila te metalografska i fraktografska analiza. Na temelju promatranih ispitivanja i analize rezultata doneseni su određeni zaključci i preporuke.

Abstract (english)

As part of this thesis, we conducted an analysis of crankshaft damage. The theoretical section provides a detailed description of the different parts of the crankshaft, how they interact, and the methods used to manufacture them. We also describe the procedures for analyzing the causes of damage to machine parts during use. Additionally, we explore the methods and possibilities of fractographic analysis. We list the materials commonly used to make crankshafts, the requirements for these materials, and ways to protect them during operation. In the experimental part of our work, we performed a thorough visual inspection of the crankshaft and conducted metallographic and fractographic analyses. Based on the observed tests and the analysis of the results, certain conclusions and recommendations were made.
