Abstract

Ovaj rad prikazuje prednosti pametnih senzora u održavanju po stanju i tehnologija na kojoj rade. Definirane su potrebne funkcionalnosti pametnog senzora i gotova rješenja takvih sustava te je ispitana ideja izrade vlastitoga senzora koji će služiti praćenju stanja ležaja i njihove ispravnost u svrhu održavanja po stanju. Iznesen je idejni koncept vlastitog senzora te su analizirane sve komponente takvog uređaja. Nakon dokaza da je moguće sastaviti vlastiti pametni senzor prikazani su svi odabrani gotovi dijelovi te tehnologija izrade posebnih dijelova i komponenti uključujući i 3D modeliranje kućišta uređaja. Prikazan je ispis 3D modela na 3D pisaču te sklapanje, programiranje i ispitivanje gotovog prototipa. Ispitivanje uređaja je dovelo do zaključka da pametni senzor vlastite izrade ima sve zadane funkcionalnosti i ostale funkcionalnosti postojećih sustava te ih premašuje u nekima.

Abstract (english)

This paper presents the benefits of smart sensors in condition-based maintenance and the technology they work on. The necessary functionalities of the smart sensor and ready-made solutions of such systems were set up, and the idea of creating our own sensor that will serve to monitor the condition of the bearing and their correctness for the purpose of maintenance was tested. The concept of our own sensor has been proven, and all components of such a device have been analyzed. After proving that it is possible to assemble our own smart sensor, all the selected ready-made parts and the technology of making special parts and components, including 3D modeling of the device housing, were presented. The printing of a 3D model on a 3D printer and the assembly, programming and testing of the finished prototype are shown. The test of the device gave the conclusion that the self-made smart sensor has all the default functionalities and other functionalities of the existing systems and exceeds them in some.
