Abstract

Sviranje bubnjeva u ovom radu promatrano je iz aspekta ergonomije s ciljem pronalaženja veze između načina postavljanja bubnjarskog kompleta i položaja tijela koji je njime uvjetovan. Kako bi se problem približio čitatelju dan je uvid u povijest bubnjarskog kompleta i elemente koji ga čine. Na standardnom bubnjarskom kompletu (četiri bubnja i četiri činele) pokazane su mogućnosti postavljanja visine i nagiba elemenata te ovisnost položaja tijela bubnjara o raznim postavkama. Odabrane su neke postavke kompleta za koje se smatra da obuhvaćaju najčešće probleme po pitanju bubnjarske ergonomije i na njima je provedena analiza sviranja. Kroz analizu sviranja subjektivnom procjenom pomoću Borgove ljestvice kvantificiran je stupanj opterećenja kritičnih dijelova tijela. Pronađena je veza određenih postavki bubnjarskog kompleta s osjećajem napora u određenim kritičnim dijelovima tijela.

Abstract (english)

In this paper drumming was observed from the aspect of ergonomics with the aim of finding a
connection between the way the drum kit is set up and the position of the body that is
conditioned by it. In order to introduce the problem to the reader, an insight into the history of
the drum kit and an overview of its elements is given. Using the standard drum kit (four
drums and four cymbals) the possibilities of adjusting the height and angle of the elements, as
well as the dependence of the position of the drummer's body on various settings are shown.
Some drum kit settings that are considered to cover the most common problems in terms of
drummer ergonomics were chosen for the performance analysis. Through the performance
analysis, the amount of load on critical parts of the body was quantified by subjective
assessment using the Borg scale. A relationship was found between certain drum kit settings
and the feeling of exertion in certain critical parts of the body.
