Abstract

U ovom radu je prikazan razvoj bacača teniskih loptica koji se koristi za pomoć u treningu, kako individualnom tako i uz profesionalnu pomoć. Prvo je opisan razvitak proizvoda kroz povijest, te koja dva principa su ostala u najčešćoj upotrebi. Zatim je napravljena analiza tržišta u svrhu spoznaje najčešćih problema i nezadovoljstva koji korisnici navode. Na temelju funkcijske dekompozicije i morfološke matrice su predložena dva koncepta. Usporedbom ocjene koncepata je odabrano jedno rješenje koje se dalje detaljno razvilo. Napravljen je proračun da se provjeri sigurnost najkritičnijih komponenti i dimenzioniraju određene komponente. Na kraju je izrađen 3D model uz pomoć programskog paketa SolidWorks 2020.

Abstract (english)

This paper presents the development of a tennis ball launcher machine that is used to help in training, both individually and with professional help. First, the development of the product throughout history is described, and two principles remain in the most common use. Then a market analysis was made to find out the most common problems and dissatisfactions reported by users. Based on functional decomposition and morphological matrix, two concepts were proposed. By comparing the evaluation of the concepts, one solution was selected, which was further developed in detail. A calculation was made to check the safety of the most critical components and to see what are required dimensions for other components. Finally, a 3D model was created with the help of the SolidWorks 2020 software package.
