Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je prikaz logističkog sustava tvrtke KMC. U uvodnom dijelu rada opisan je pojam logistike s njegovim korištenjem kroz povijest. Nakon toga se teorijski prikazuje pojedina logistička aktivnost, unutar logistike poduzeća, kako bi se čitatelju približio značaj svake aktivnosti za kvalitetno vođenje poduzeća. Temeljem teorijskog dijela rada, u drugom dijelu, je konkretno i detaljno prikazan logistički sustav sa aktivnostima tvrtke König Metall Croatia koji je unutar poduzeća povezan pomoću jedne vrste poslovnog informacijskog sustava. Kroz promatranje procesa skladišnog sustava, uočeni su problemi kod otpreme gotove robe kupcu. Iz tog razloga je u posljednjem poglavlju rada predložen način za eliminaciju problema digitalizacijom procesa otpreme.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this thesis is the description of the logistics system of the company KMC. The introductory part describes the concept of logistics and its application throughout history. Afterwards, each logistics activity within the company's logistics is presented theoretically, in order to bring the reader closer to the significance of each activity. Based on the theoretical part of the work, in the second part, the logistics system of the company König Metall Croatia is presented concretely and in detail, which is connected within the company using a type of business information system. Through observing the process of the warehouse system, problems were observed when shipping the finished goods to the customer. For this reason, in the last chapter of the paper, a way to eliminate the problem by digitizing the shipping process is proposed.
