Abstract

U ovom završnom radu prikazano je projektiranje rashladnih komora za hlađenje i skladištenje
borovnica u kontinentalnom dijelu Hrvatske. Proces hlađenja ima veliku ulogu u očuvanju
kvalitete i svježine namirnica. U uvodnom dijelu navedene su važnosti procesa hlađenja u
rashladnim komorama u svrhu očuvanja hrane te osnove kompresijskog rashladnog kružnog
procesa. U nastavku je detaljno opisana tehnologija hlađenja borovnica od procesa ubiranja
ploda pa sve do procesa hlađenja. Korištena radna tvar je R134a koja pripada skupini fluoriranih
ugljikovodika – HFC. Nadalje, prikazan je proračun toplinskog opterećenja komora i
termodinamičkog procesa kako bi se odredili potrebni učini isparivača, kondenzatora i snaga
kompresora. U završnom dijelu rada obrađeni su proračuni isparivača, kondenzatora i
cjevovoda radne tvari te prikazani dispozicijski crtež i shema spajanja sustava.

Abstract (english)

This final thesis presents the design of refrigerating cooling stores for blueberries in the
continental part of Croatia. The cooling process plays a major role in preserving the quality and
freshness of food. In the introductory part, the importance of the cooling process in refrigerating
cold stores for the purpose of food preservation and the basics of the compression cooling
circular process is stated. Below is a detailed description of blueberries cooling technology,
from the fruit picking process to the cooling process. The working substance used is R134a,
which belongs to the group of fluorinated hydrocarbons - HFC. Furthermore, the calculation of
the thermal load of the cold stores and the thermodynamic process is presented in order to
determine the required capacity of the evaporator, the condenser and the power of the
compressor. In the final part of the work, the calculations of the evaporator, condenser and
pipeline of the working substance were processed, as well as the disposition drawing and the
coupling scheme.
