Abstract

U današnje vrijeme žene diljem svijeta nose cipele s visokom petom kako bi naglasile noge, „dobile na visini“ te povećale samopouzdanje. Iako takav tip obuće laska ženskoj figuri, s druge strane narušava zdravlje nositeljice. Zbog neprirodnog položaja tijela pri nošenju visokih peta, dolazi do bolova u leđima, pretežito u lumbalnom dijelu kralježnice. S povećanjem visine potpetice zahtjevnije je održati ravnotežu radi toga često dolazi do ozljeda u zglobovima. U ovom završnom radu je, pomoću izvršenih mjerenja na platformi tvtke Tekscan, određeno opterećenje zgloba stopala. Prikazano je kako visina potpetice utječe na silu u zglobu stopala i težište tijela ispitanice. Naposlijetku je definirana putanja središnjeg pritiska pri hodu u različitoj vrsti obuće.

Abstract (english)

Nowadays, women all over the world wear high-heeled shoes to emphasize their legs, "gain height" and increase self-confidence. Although this type of footwear flatters the female figure, on the other hand it harms the wearer's health. Due to the unnatural position of the body when wearing high heels, pain occurs in the back, mainly in the lumbar part of the spine. As the height of the heel increases, it is more difficult to maintain balance, which is why joint injuries often occur. In this final paper, the load on the foot joint was determined using the measurements made on the Tekscan platform. It is shown how the height of the heel affects the force in the foot joint and the center of gravity of the subject's body. Finally, the trajectory of the central pressure during walking in different types of footwear was defined.
