Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu dan je pregled deformacijskih sustava za ostvarivanje preciznog linearnog pomaka. Navedene su klasifikacije deformacijskih sustava, načini pozicioniranja i nanopozicioniranje, te prednosti i nedostaci korištenja deformacijskog sustava za pozicioniranje.
Kako se sustavom upravlja piezokontrolerom prikazane su prednosti i nedostaci piezoeleketričnih aktuatora. Također, s obzirom na to da se za mjerenje pomaka sustava koristio laserski interferometar u radu je predstavljen koncept laserske interferometrije.
Obavljeno je eksperimentalno utvrđivanje stabilnosti i odstupanja od linearnosti deformacijskog sustava izrađenog u Laboratoriju za precizna mjerenja dužina FSB-a.
Rad se nastavlja numeričkom simulacijom kojom se utvrđuje ovisnost pomaka o geometriji deformacijskih zglobova.
Na kraju se iznose zaključci na temelju rezultata eksperimenta i numeričke simulacije koji pružaju podlogu za daljnju diskusiju i istraživanja.

Abstract (english)

This master thesis gives an overview of linear flexure stage. Classifications of flexure systems are presented, methods of positioning and nanopositioning, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of using a flexure stage for positioning.

As the flexure stage is controlled via a piezocontroller, the advantages and disadvantages of using a piezoelectric actuator are presented. Similarly, a laser interferometer was used to measure the displacement of the linear flexure stage, so a short summary of laser interferometry is given in the thesis.

Thereafter the results of the experiment to determine the stability and deviation from linearity of the linear flexure stage designed at the Laboratory for precise measurements of lengths at FSB are shown.

The thesis continues by displaying the results of a numerical simulation that show the dependence of displacement on the geometry of the flex stage’s joints.

Finally, conclusions based on the results of the experiment and simulation are laid out. These conclusions provide a basis for further discussion and research.
