Abstract
U procesnoj se tehnici vrlo često javlja problem regulacije temperature koji je zapravo klasičan sa stanovišta regulacije. Toplinksi procesi su aperiodskog tipa pa do parametara možemo doći preko prijelazne karakteristike. Za opis procesa korišteni su: aperiodski model procesa prvog reda s mrtvim vremenom (PT1Tt model procesa) i aperiodski model n-tog reda (n=2,3,4...) s jednom vremenskom konstantom (PTn model procesa). Za PT1Tt i PTn modela koristi postupak podešavanja PID i PI parametara prema Optimumu dvostrukog odnosa. Cilj ovog regulacijskog problema je održanje željene temperature. Kod PT1Tt model procesa je jednostavan proračun parametara regulatora, dok je nedostatak taj da vrlo često daje oscilatorno vladanje sustava regulacije. Za PTn model procesa se može reči da je optimalniji, jer daje zadovoljavajuće vladanje regulacijskog sustava. Kod odabira koji će se proces koristiti za sintezu PID regulatora je bitno da vrijeme smirivanja bude što manje, ali i da dobro prigušuje šum upravljačkog signala.
