Abstract

Aluminijske legure se podvrgavaju toplinskoj obradi radi poboljšanja mehaničkih
svojstava. Najvažnija toplinska obrada je precipitacijsko otvrdnjavanje koje se sastoji od
homogenizacijskog žarenja i dozrijevanja. U teorijskom dijelu je opisana podjela aluminijskih
legura, te su navedene toplinski očvrstive legure. Toplinski očvrstive legure postižu najviše
vrijednosti mehaničke otpornosti, a time i mogućnost korištenja aluminijskih legura u
konstrukcijske svrhe. U eksperimentalnom dijelu je provedena toplinska obrada jedne aluminijske
legure. Zatim se aluminijska legura podvrgla mehaničkim ispitivanjima s ciljem učinka toplinske
obrade na mehanička svojstva.

Abstract (english)

Aluminium alloys are subjected to heat treatment to improve mechanical properties. The
most important heat treatment is precipitation hardening which consists of homogenizing
annealing and maturation. In the theoretical part, the divison of aluminium alloys is described and
thermally hardened alloys are listed. Thermally hardened alloys achieve the highest values of
mechanical resistance and thus the possibility using aluminium alloys for construction purposes.
In the experimental part, heat treatment of one aluminium alloy was perfomes. The aluminium
alloy was then subjected to mechanical tests with the aim of the effect of heat treatment on the
mechanical properties.
