Abstract

Ovaj završni rad prikazuje i detaljno opisuje skladišni sustav i proces tvrtke RALU
Logistika d. d. Na početku ukratko je opisana logistika kao aktivnosti i sve važne značajke
kroz povijest i ciljeve logistike i logističkih procesa, a posebno je dan naglasak na proces
skladištenja i skladišnih potprocesa. U daljnjem dijelu rada predstavljena je tvrtka RALU
Logistika, njezina djelatnost, lokacije i usluge. Glavni dio rada usmjeren je prema
distribucijskom centru u Rugvici gdje je detaljno opisan i objašnjen cijeli skladišni sustav i
proces tvrtke u hladnom transportnom lancu. Napravljen je detaljan prikaz sustava gdje su
opisane zone i skladišna oprema koja se koristi u skladišnim procesima. Prikazani su skladišni
procesi po dolasku robe u skladište, preko rukovanja robom i na kraju izlazak robe iz
skladišta. Poseban naglasak dan je na specifičnosti skladištenja hrane u različitim
temperaturnim uvjetima skladištenja, kao i poštivanje propisa i zakona HACCP sustava te
potrebni uvjeti održavanja i čišćenja skladišnih prostora.

Abstract (english)

This paper shows and describes in detail warehouse systems and process of RALU
Logistics d. d. In the introduction logistics as activity is shortly described , as are all important
specifications throughout history and logistics goals. Storage process and storing
subprocesses are specialy emphasized. Furthermore company RALL Logistics , their area of
work, locations and serveces are presented. Main part of the paper is focused on distribution
centar in Rugvica , in wich entire storage system and process of the company in cold transport
chain is described and explained. Setailed display of the system with described zones and
warehouse equipment is shaped and shown. Storage processes from the arrival of supply to
the warehouse, through handling it to department of supply from warehouse are shown.
Special accentuate is put on specifications of storing food in different storing temperature
conditions as well as compliance with the regulations and laws of HACCP systems and
neccesary conditions of maintaining and cleaning of storing areas.
