Abstract
Tema ovog rada je upravljanje zalihama potrošnog materijala u odabranoj Tvrtki. U prvom dijelu rada dati je teorijski pregled upravljanja zalihama koji se sastoji od detaljnog pojašnjenja vrsta zaliha, sustava kontrola zaliha te pojedinih modela upravljanja zalihama. Zatim slijedi opis poslovanja odabrane Tvrtke s prikazom postojećeg sustava upravljanja zalihama potrošnoga materijala. Na podacima dosadašnjih narudžbi, dobivenim iz Tvrtke, provedene su simulacije odabranih modela upravljanja zalihama na temelju kojih je razvijen vlastiti model prikladan za Tvrtku i njezino poslovanje.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is the management of inventory of consumables in the selected Company. The first part of the paper gives a theoretical overview of inventory management, which consists of an explanation of inventory types, inventory control systems and certain models of inventory management. The following is a description of the business of the selected Company with an overview of the existing consumable inventory management system. Based on the data of previous orders, obtained from the Company, there were performed simulations of selected inventory management models. Based on these simulation results, a specific inventory management model was developed, suitable for the Company and its business.
