Abstract

Cilj ovog završnog rada je provesti procjenu dobivene snage oscilirajućeg valnog pretvarača za određeno stanje mora. U svrhu provedbe modelirana je ljuljajuća ploča te proračunate prijenosne funkcije i spektri odziva za zadane kutove nailaska vala. Okvir oscilirajućeg valnog pretvarača je čvrstom vezom povezan za morsko dno dok je ploča vezana za okvir zglobnom vezom. Ljuljajuća ploča je vezana za sustav za prijenos snage (eng: Power Take-Off Systems –PTO) koji pretvara energiju valova u električnu energiju.
Ploča je modelirana u programskom paketu Hydrostar (Bureau Veritas), također sam proračun prijenosnih funkcija je izveden u programskom paketu Hydrostar koji se temelji na linearnoj teoriji potencijalnog strujanja i trodimenzionalnoj metodi rubnih elemenata.

Abstract (english)

The objective of this final assignment is to conduct an assessment of power oscillating wave surge converter for a certain state of the sea. For the purpose of the assignment a flap plate was modelled and transfer functions were calculated, as well as response spectrums for each angle of incoming wave directions. The frame of oscillating wave surge converter is tightly bonded for the seabed while the plate is bonded to the frame with joint. Oscillating plate is connected to Power Take-Off System (PTO) witch transfers wave energy into electric energy.
The plate was modelled in HydroSTAR software (Bureau Veritas), furthermore the calculation of transfer functions was carried out in HydroSTAR, which is based on linear theory of potential flow and three-dimensional boundary element method.
