Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada primjena je suvremenih alata za provedbu šest sigma metodologije. Šest sigma je metodologija kontinuiranog unaprjeđivanja procesa i uklanjanja nesukladnosti. U okviru DMAIC pristupa, u radu su detaljno objašnjeni koraci provođenja projekta poboljšanja šest sigma metodologijom te alati koji se pritom koriste u pojedinim fazama. Zatim su, s obzirom na razvoj novih tehnologija potaknut Industrijom 4.0, istražene promjene u pristupu provođenja šest sigma metodologije. Opisani su suvremeni alati i tehnologije te njihov utjecaj na kontinuirano unaprjeđivanje procesa. Na kraju je napravljen osvrt na programska rješenja koja se koriste za provedbu šest sigma metodologije te je na ilustrativnom primjeru prikazana upotreba dostupnih programskih rješenja.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this undergraduate thesis is the application of modern tools for the implementation of the six sigma methodology. Six sigma is a methodology for continuous process improvement and elimination of nonconformities. In this paper, within the DMAIC approach, the steps of conducting the Six Sigma improvement project are explained in detail, as well as the tools used in individual phases. Then, given the development of new technologies driven by Industry 4.0, changes in the approach to implementing the Six Sigma methodology were explored. Modern tools and technologies are described and their impact on continuous process improvement. Finally, a review of software solutions used to implement the Six Sigma methodology is made, and the use of some software solutions is shown in an illustrative example.
