Abstract

U završnom radu je potrebno dimenzionirati i konstruirati stropni rotacijski granik uz zadane uvjete. Nosivost granika iznosi 1 t, visina prostorije je 3,5 m, a radijus konzole mora biti 4 m. Još je potrebno i osigurati brzinu dizanja od 10 m/min, brzinu vožnje vitla od 15 m/min te brzinu rotacije granika od 2okr/min. Kako se granik koristi kao pomoć u sklapanju strojeva poželjno je da ne zauzima prostor u sredini prostorije stoga se on treba ovjesiti na strop i rotirati po tračnicama.
Uvodni dio rada se sastoji od analize principa postojećih konstrukcijskih rješenja nakon kojih su dana dva koncepcijska rješenja. Nakon uvodnog dijela slijedi proračun mehanizma za dizanje tereta i vožnju vitla te proračun mehanizma za rotaciju. Također je napravljena i tehnička dokumentacija granika.
Modeli i sva tehnička dokumentacija je izrađena u programskom paketu Solidworks 2020.

Abstract (english)

The assignment of this final thesis was the designe of ceiling rotational crane while following the given requirements. The mail load capacity of the crane is 1 t, the height of the room is 3,5 m and the radius of the crane is 4 m. There are also requirements of lifting speed of 10 m/min, winch speed of 15 m/min, also rotational speed of the crane of 2 rpm needs to be accomplished. As the crane will be used as help in assembly of the machines it is preferable that crane does not take the space in the middle of the room. It is planed that the crane is hang on the ceiling.
The introductory part consists of analyses of existing design principles after which are given two conceptual solutions. After the introduction comes calculation of the lifting mechanism, winch and rotational mechanism. After that the technical documentation of the crane is made.
Model and all technical documentation is made in Solidworks 2020 software package.
