Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu razmatrana je proizvodnja modularnih kupaonica. Na osnovi snimanja i analize postojećeg stanja predložena je nova linija za montažu s rješenjem regalnog skladištenja gotovih proizvoda. Za izradbu podnih ploča modularnih kupaonica konstruirana je i izrađena troosna CNC glodalica. Koncipirane su dvije varijante automatske radne stanice za obradu i manipulaciju ploča, koje uz navedenu glodalicu, sadrže dva odnosno jednog robota.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, the production of modular bathrooms is considered. Based on the collected data and analysis of the current state, a new assembly line with rack storage of finished products is proposed. A three-axis CNC milling machine is constructed and manufactured for the floor panels of modular bathrooms. Two variants of the automatic workstation for processing and manipulation of floor panels have been developed, which, in addition to the mentioned milling machine, contain two or one robot.
