Abstract

U sklopu ovog rada napravljeno je projektno rješenje sustava grijanja, hlađenja i klimatizacije zgrade tiskare na području grada Zagreba. Sustav klimatizacije pogonskog dijela tiskare izveden je kao zračno vodeni sustav s klimatizacijskom jedinicom za pripremu zraka, te ventilokonvektorima kao rashladnim tijelima za vršna toplinska opterećenja. Slagaona tiskare izvedena je kao zračni sustav s vlastitom klimatizacijskom jedinicom za pripremu zraka. Za obje klimatizacijske jedinice kao ogrjevni medij se koristi topla voda s temperaturnim režimom 70/60°C, a kao rashladni medij voda s temperaturnim režimom 7/12°C. Za ostatak zgrade tiskare izveden je dvocijevni vodeni sustav s ventilokonvektorima. Priprema rashladne vode vrši se centralno s dva rashladnika kapljevine. Proračun toplinskog opterećenja za zimski period proveden je prema normi HRN EN 12831, a za ljetni period prema normi VDI 2078. Ventilacijski zahtjevi pogona i slagaone tiskare računati su preko dopuštene koncentracije hlapljivih organskih tvari, no iz razloga što se prema njemu dobiju prevelike vrijednosti potrebnog protoka zraka, odlučeno je projektirati sustav ventilacije tako da se onečišćivači odvode lokalizirano potisnom ventilacijom uz manje vrijednosti protoka zraka. Prilikom dimenzioniranja komponenti klimatizacijskih jedinica u obzir su uzeta dva režima rada, kada tiskarski strojevi rade i kada ne rade. Osim proračuna i odabira opreme, rad sadrži i funkcionalnu shemu spajanja I shemu regulacije, te crteže kojima se definira raspored i montaža odabrane opreme.

Abstract (english)

As a part of this thesis, a design solution for heating, cooling and air conditioning system of the printing plant building located in the city of Zagreb was made. The air conditioning system of the production line of the printing plant was designed as an air-water system with and air conditioning unit for air preparation, and fan coil units as cooling bodies at peak loads. The printing warehouse was designed as an air system with its own air conditioning unit for air preparation. For both air conditioning units, hot water with a temperature regime of 70/60°C is used as a heating medium, and water with a temperature regime od 7/12°C is used as a cooling medium. A two-pipe water system with fan coil units was designed for the rest of the printing plant building. Cooling water is prepared centrally with two chillers. Calculation of the heat load for the winter period was made according to the standard HRN EN 12831, and for the summer period according to the standard VDI 2078. Ventilation requirements of the production line and warehouse were calculated with the permissible concentration od volatile organic compounds, but due to the fact that excessive values of the required air flow rate were obitained, it was decided to design a ventilation system so that contaminants are removed locally by displacement ventilation with lower air flow rates. When sizing the components of the air conditioning units, two operating modes were taken into account: when the printing machines are working and when they are not working. In addition to the calculation and selection of equipment, this thesis also contains a scheme of the functional conections and control scheme, as well as drawings that define the layout and installation of the selected equipment.
