Abstract

Ovaj završni rad obrađuje sustav pametne kuće implementiran pomoću programibilnog logičkog kontrolera (PLC). Prikazani su osnovni dijelovi, načini komunikacije te upravljani procesi unutar sustava. Osmišljeno je i razrađeno električno sučelje za upravljanje rasvjetom, roletom prozora te regulaciju temperature. Također je izveden upravljački program i grafičko sučelje prema korisniku koji su implementirani na laboratorijskom postavu. Laboratorijski postav sadrži upravljačke sklopove tvrtke Mitsubishi Electric tj. PLC FX5U-32MT/ESS i grafički operatorski terminal GS2107-WTBD. Također je prikazana komunikacija s PLC-om preko Modbus TCP/IP protokola i Pyton programa pomoću kojeg je moguće čitati i mijenjati stanja izlaza i registara PLC-a. Suština ovog rada je utvrditi mogućnosti PLC-a pri upravljanju pametnom kućom te prikazati upravljanje pomoću mreže.

Abstract (english)

This final paper deals with a smart home system implemented using a programmable logic
controller (PLC). The basic parts, methods of comunicaton and managed processes within the
system are presented. An eletrical interface for lighting control, window blinds and temperature
regulation have been designed and developed. A driver and graphical user interface were also
developed and implemented in the laboratory setup. The laboratory setup contains Mitsubishi
Electric control circuits, ie. PLC FX5U-32MT/ESS and the GS2107-WTBD graphics operator
terminal. Communication with the PLC via the Modbus TCP/IP comunication is also shown,
with the help of Pyton program which enables the read and change of the output states and
registers of the PLC. The purpose of this paper is to determine the capabilities of the PLC in
smart home managment and to show the possibility of remote control thru network.
