Abstract

U ovom radu opisani su utjecaji parametara selektivnog laserskog taljenja (SLM) na svojstva kobalt-krom (Co-Cr) legura koje se koriste za dentalnu primjenu. Rad se sastoji od šest poglavlja. Prva četiri poglavlja posvećena su teoretskom dijelu. Nakon uvoda u drugom poglavlju opisana je dentalna protetika, njezin razvoj i zahtjevi. Nakon toga slijedi poglavlje s detaljnim opisom tehnologije 3D printanja. Nadalje, opisan je razvoj 3D printanja, zatim su opisane neke od najčešće upotrebljavanih metoda, te su prikazane njihove prednosti i nedostaci. Budući da se u proizvodnji uzoraka za eksperimentalni dio koristila SLM metoda 3D printanja, ta metoda je također detaljno opisana, te su opisani i glavni parametri postupka koji utječu na svojstva proizvoda. Potom su opisani zahtjevi koje materijal mora ispuniti kako bi bio podoban za proizvodnju dentalnih implantata. Kako Co-Cr legure ispunjavaju sve zahtjeve, u daljnjem poglavlju su opisana svojstva tih legura.
Petim poglavljem započinje eksperimentalni dio rada. Prvo je opisan postupak izrade uzoraka na kojima se provodila karakterizacija materijala. Analiza materijala provodila se na svjetlosnom mikroskopu u poliranom i nagrizenom stanju. Nakon karakterizacije mikrostrukture provedeno je mjerenje mikrotvrdoće. Analize su provedene kako bi se utvrdio učinak različitih parametara SLM printanja na svojstva proizvoda. Na kraju, u šestom poglavlju nalazi se analiza dobivenih rezultata, te zaključak i komentari.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the effects of selective laser melting (SLM) process parameters on the properties of cobalt-chromium (Co-Cr) alloys used in dental medicine. The paper consists of six chapters. The first four chapters are devoted to the theoretical part. After the introductory chapter, a description of dental prosthetics, its development and requirements is given. Following it is a chapter with a detailed description of 3D printing technologies. Furthermore the development of 3D printing is described, then some of the most commonly used methods are described, and their advantages and disadvantages are presented. Since the SLM method of 3D printing was used in the production of samples for the experimental part, this method is also described in detail, and the main process parameters that affect the properties of the product are described. The requirements that the material must meet in order to be suitable for the production of dental implants are then described. As Co-Cr alloys meet all the requirements, their properties are described in the following chapter.
The experimental part of the paper begins with the fifth chapter. First, the process of making samples on which material characterization was carried out is described. Material characterization was performed on a light microscope in polished and afterward in etched state. After material characterization, microhardness measurements were conducted. All of the listed analyzes were performed to determine the effects of different SLM print parameters on product properties. Finally, in chapter six there is an analysis of the obtained results, comments and a conclusion are also given.
