Abstract

Izuzetna i sve veća gospodarska važnost održavanja u industriji temeljni je povod istraživanja elemenata organizacijske strukture održavanja strojarske opreme. Uz to povećanje raspoloživosti i pouzdanosti opreme, smanjenje negativnog utjecaja na prirodnu okolinu, daljnja humanizacija rada i radnih uvjeta, neki su od ciljeva koje ovo istraživanje ima u vidu. Polazište i svrha ove disertacije jesu povećanje sigurnosti i točnosti pripremnih i učinkovitost provedbenih aktivnosti održavanja. Djelotvorniji i racionalniji zahvati, radovi i ciklusi održavanja, kao i učinkovitije gospodarenje resursima, jesu konkretni učinci koji se mogu polučiti rezultatima ovog istraživanja. Primjenom suvremenih metoda i tehnika put tome cilju vodi kroz strukturiranje funkcija održavanja u formi procesa, kvantitativnu i kvalitativnu analizu pouzdanosti i raspoloživosti strojarske opreme, to modeliranje organizacijske strukture.

Abstract (english)

The great and constantly growing economic importance of maintenance in industry forms the basis for studying the organisation elements in the machine equipment maintenance. Apart from this growing availability and reliability of equipment, reducing of its adverse effects on the environment and further humanisation of labour and working conditions are some of the objectives considered in this paper. The starting point and the aim of the dissertation have been the safety and accuracy of maintenance activities both during the preparation phase as well as their efficiency during implementation. Concrete effects that may be achieved by adopting the results of this research include more efficient and more rational maintenance activities, work and intervals, as well as more efficient management of the resources. The application of modern methods and techniques leading to this aim include structuring of maintenance functions during the procedure, quantitative and qualitative analyses of reliability and availability of machine equipment, as well as modelling of the organisation structure.
