Abstract

U ovom radu opisati će se nastanak digitalnog Lean-a. Objasnit će se kako je došlo do pojave Lean-a i kako različiti Lean alati utječu na povećanje različitih ušteda i postizanje određenih ciljeva. Nadalje, u radu će se opisati nekoliko najvažnijih Lean alata i zašto je to bitno za današnja vremena prilagoditi tradicionalne alate digitalnom dobu. Praktični dio diplomskog rada obavljati će se u „Klimaopremi d.d.“. Unutar praktičnog rada uvodit će se Lean digitalni alati u odjel upravljanja proizvodima. U cilju rješavanja postojećih problema i ostvarenju ušteda, implementirat će se nekoliko Lean alata objašnjenih u teoretskom dijelu: Kaizen, 5S metoda, Poka – Yoke, Kanban, Standardizirani rad i Pet zašto. Navedene metode prilagodit će se potrebama odjela.

Abstract (english)

This paper will describe the appearance of digital Lean. It will be explained how Lean appeared and how different Lean tools affect to the increase of different savings and the achievement of certain goals. Furthermore, the paper will describe some of the most important Lean tools and why it is important today to adapt traditional tools to the digital age. The practical part of the paper will be performed in "Klimaoprema d.d.". Within the practical work, Lean digital tools will be implemented in the product management department. In order to solve the existing problems and achieve savings, several Lean tools, explained in the theoretical part, will be implemented: Kaizen, 5S method, Poka - Yoke, Kanban, Standardized work and Five whys. These methods will be adjust to the needs of the department.
