Abstract

Ovaj rad predstavlja uvid u različite strukture PID regulatora te njihovu implementaciju na programibilnom logičkom kontroleru (PLC-u) FX5U-32MT/ESS tvrtke Mitsubishi Electric. U svrhu demonstracije regulacije temperature izrađena je modificirana maketa toplinske komore na kojoj se provode ispitivanja. Kako bi dobili informacije o dinamici toplinskog procesa najprije je snimljena prijelazna karakteristika temperature sa svrhom određivanja parametara procesa. Na osnovi snimljenih podataka u programskom paketu Matlab/Simulink su estimirani parametri modela procesa i napravljeni su simulacijski modeli različitih struktura PID regulatora. Nakon provedene simulacije predložene strukture PID regulatora su implementirane i na laboratorijskom postavu s upravljačkim sklopovljem tvrtke Mitsubishi Electric, to jest na programibilnom logičkom kontroleru (PLC-u) FX5U-32MT/ESS, uz istodobno praćenje stanja putem grafičkog operaterskog terminala (HMI-a) GS2107-WTBD. Predviđeno je da se sadržaj ovoga rada koristi u nastavi koja se provodi iz području digitalne regulacije kroz laboratorijske vježbe

Abstract (english)

This work presents an insight into different structures of PID controllers and their implementation on a programmable logic controller (PLC) FX5U-32MT/ESS by Mitsubishi Electric. In order to demonstrate the temperature control system functionality, a modified model of the heat chamber was made on which the tests will be performed. In order to obtain the information on the dynamics of the thermal process, a process step response is recorded for the purpose of determining the process parameters. Based on the recorded data in the Matlab / Simulink software environment, process parameters were estimated and simulation models of different PID controller structures were made. After the simulation, the proposed PID controller structures were implemented in the Mitsubishi Electric control system kit, more precisely on the FX5U-32MT/ESS programmable logic controller (PLC) with process flow is monitoring based on GS2107-WTBD graphic operator terminal (HMI). It is anticipated that the content of this paper will be used in education through laboratory exercises in the field of digital regulation.
